Prospective business majors, both undergraduate transfer students and new graduate students, often have to complete prerequisite or leveling courses when resuming their higher education program. Delivering prerequisite business courses can be burdensome for institutions due to time demands, costs, and scheduling.
Our ALC service is a leveling program solution for both undergraduate transfer students and new graduate students whereby the first course in the program of study includes 10-15 online courses that cover the breadth of the business education program. You can customize to align with your specific leveling needs, student requirements, and learning outcomes.
Each ALC course includes a 20-question pretest, 4-6 hours of online instructional material, and a 20-question post-test used for educational accountability. Typically, 10-15 ALC courses can be completed as either a prerequisite or as the first course in the program of study.
Our ALC service is highly customizable. You can offer the courses individually or in a package with two or more courses. You can also package the ALC service with Write & Cite: An Academic Writing Readiness Course and/or an Inbound Exam for baseline programmatic assessment.
