Before you submit your support request, please consider the following:
- If you cannot find your exam key, please visit our exam key request form.
- If you need a copy of your completion certificate, please visit our certificate request form.
Please also note that we cannot send you a new exam key if you have already used the exam key and completed an online test or training session. Exam Key(s) expire after 48 hours once the exam key has been used. Only your course professor can authorize a new exam key.

You can expect a response within 8 hours during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, except holidays, between 8am and 5pm, Mountain Time (GMT-7). Outside of regular business hours, you can expect a response within 12 hours.
