From this Technical Support page, you will find answers and solutions for the most common technical support issues. Although
we have thoroughly tested all aspects of the site and tried to anticipate any potential issues or problems, we know that from
time to time, technical support issues may occur. When that happens, our goal is to provide you with the best possible service
so that you can focus on your higher learning needs rather than on web site issues. To begin, please select who you are
from one of the following options:
- I am a Student/Learner with a school or university that uses one or more of your online services in my course.
- My Password Doesn't Work
Did you use the hyperlink from the e-mail with your password to access the test site?
- If Yes, have you taken the test already or trying to resume a test in progress?
- The password will expire 48 hours after you have started an online test. If 48 hours has
elapsed and you need to resume a test, please contact your course professor. Your course professor is the only
person who can authorize a test re-start or re-take.
- You can only log into your test three times within 48 hours. If you are trying to log in a fourth time,
please contact your course professor to re-start the test.
- If No, then please use the hyperlink so that the password and your student information is autofilled
into the online form. You can also copy/paste the password into the online test registration form.
- If none of these situations apply to your specific problem with the password, click here.
- How Do I Log Into My Student/Learner Site
- The login instructions to access your student/learner site are included with the e-mail you receive with the passwords.
- Your login name is your e-mail address that you have on file with the school or university.
- Your login password is listed within the e-mail with the passwords. Your login password is not the same as the password you use to take an online test or training session.
- If this still does not address your situation, click here.
- I have been disconnected from my Internet connection and need to resume a test or training session already in progress.
- Please use the hyperlink included within the e-mail you received with your passwords to resume a test or training session.
- Please note that you are allowed three opportunities to resume a test within 48 hours. After 48 hours from the start of a test or
after three log-in sessions, you will be locked out of the test. If this situation happens, please contact your course instructor/professor.
Only your course instructor/professor is authorized to re-set or issue a new password.
- Online training sessions are valid for 120 days with unlimited login opportunities within the 120 days.

- Please be sure you have your pop-up blocker turned off or allowed for our site (www.peregrineacademics.com)
- If you have an additional personal firewall, please be sure that our site is listed as an allowed site or turn off the firewall for the duration of the test or training session.
- Make sure the test did not open behind an open browser. Minimize all other browser sessions during the test or training session.

- I have either lost or have not received the e-mail with my passwords.
- If you have lost your passwords, please use our password retrieval form.
- Passwords will be sent to you on or just before your course start date using the e-mail address you have on file with your school or university.
- We send the passwords based on the list provided to us by your school. Please verify that you are registered for the course with your academic advisor or school official.
- Please check your junk mail folder. The e-mail will come from sales@peregrineacademics.com.

- How do I print or save my completion certificate?
- After completing the test or training session, you will be asked to view or save your certificate.
- If you have already completed your test or training session, login to your student/learner site using the login instructions
included within the e-mail with the passwords from sales@peregrineacademics.com.
- From there you can view your online activity and print or save completion certificates.

- I am a course professor/instructor/mentor with a school or university that uses one or more of your online services in my course.
- How Do I Log Into My Instructor/Professor/Mentor Site.
- Go to our main web site address at www.PeregrineAcademics.Com
- Select the "For Our Clients" tab and navigate to your school.
- Your login name is your complete e-mail address that you have on file with the school.
- You will receive the password by e-mail from support@peregrineacademics.com
- If you have not received this e-mail, please check your SPAM folder.
- We receive the list of instructors/mentors/professors from your school’s program manager for our online services. Please verify that you are on this list.
- If this still does not address your situation, click here.

- How do I allow a student to re-take a test or training session?
- Log into your Mentor site for your school using the login name and password sent to you from support@peregrineacademics.com.
- Verify the student's records. From your Mentor's page, you can select students by name and course.
- If you determine that you need to allow the student to re-take a test or training session, select the option to issue the student a new password.
You are only allowed to re-register students who have been previously registered with you.
- Please note that your school will be billed for all passwords used and by issuing a new password, your school will be billed accordingly.
- You cannot enroll new students from this site. To enroll a new student, please contact your registrar or school program manager.

- How do I allow a student to resume an existing test?
- Log into your Mentor site for your school using the login name and password sent to you from support@peregrineacademics.com.
- Verify the student's records. From your Mentor's page, you can select students by name and course.
- Please note that students are allowed to resume a test three times within 48 hours after a session has begun. There may, however, be extenuating circumstances where additional login attempts or additional time is needed by the students.

- You cannot enroll new students from this site. To enroll a new student, please contact your registrar or school program manager.

- How do I view my student's completion certificates?
- Log into your Mentor site for your school using the login name and password sent to you from support@peregrineacademics.com.
- You can select learners by name, course, and start date. Apply the filter to review the results.
- Select the student from the results to view the student’s specific results and the completion certificate.

- My student has informed me that he/she has not received their passwords or their password does not work.
